Do we need to know exactly what we want before reaching out?
No. Some clients arrive with a sketch and dimensions; others just know the room needs something. Either way, the first conversation is free and there's no commitment — we'll talk through your space, how you live in it, and what you're drawn to, and go from there.
Will we see the design before you start building?
Always. Every piece is rendered in full 3D before a single board is cut, and we refine it with you until every detail is right. You'll know exactly what you're getting before fabrication begins.
Where are you located, and where do you deliver?
Our shop is in Clarksville, Tennessee, and we work with clients throughout Clarksville and the surrounding region. We personally deliver and set every piece in place — no third-party freight — and sign it with our maker's mark before we leave.
What woods do you work with?
Primarily premium domestic hardwoods — black walnut, white oak, cherry, and maple are the most common — along with painted and ebonized finishes, brass inlay, and other details when the design calls for them. If you have a species in mind, ask; we'll tell you honestly whether it suits the piece.
How many projects do you take on at once?
Deliberately few. We limit the number of commissions in the shop at any one time so each one gets our full attention from first sketch to final delivery. When you reach out, we'll give you a straight answer about current availability.
Do you do commercial or institutional work?
Yes — conference tables, boardroom pieces, and specialty builds for offices, government facilities, and organizations. Same craft and custom process, scaled for professional spaces.
How quickly will you get back to us?

What does a custom dining table typically cost?
Custom dining tables start at $2,500. From there, the final price depends on size, wood species, base design, and details like inlay or specialty finishes. Once we understand what you're after, we'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.
How long does a commission take?
Lead times vary with our current schedule and the complexity of the piece. When you reach out, we'll tell you where your project would land in the queue and give you a realistic timeline before you commit, then keep you updated as it moves from design through fabrication to delivery.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your place in the schedule. The remaining balance is due on delivery, once the piece is in your home and you've seen it in place.
What if something isn't right when it arrives?
We'll make it right at no additional cost. Every piece is designed with you in 3D and built by our own hands, so problems are rare — but if something isn't as agreed, tell us and we'll resolve it. We put our name on every piece for a reason.
Can we visit the shop?
Not just yet. We don't have a showroom, and the workshop isn't open to visitors while pieces are in production. In the meantime, the gallery shows our finished commissions in clients' homes, and the 3D design process means you'll see your piece in detail long before it's built.
